Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Cut in butter until it looks like cornmeal.
- Add egg and almond extract.
- Shape into 1 inch balls.
- Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cooking sheet.
- Place almond on top of each and flatten slightly.
- Bake at 325˚ for 15–18 minutes.
